About me
Teachers and coaches run in my family. Because education these days is both rewarding and stressful, I'm interested in helping people find strategies tailored to their specific circumstances and personalities. I've been a counselor in the Monte Vista School District for over 20 years. Before that I was an adjunct English professor at ASU. I hope we can explore together the way anxiety affects each one of us and that everyone will come away with at least one idea they want to try.
