About me
Tara Bay has been the director of the Adelante Family Resource Center Since 2015. Prior to her work at Adelante, Tara was a provider at SLV Behavioral Health. Tara is a San Luis Valley Native and serving community members of the San Luis Valley is her passion. Tara is dedicated to providing families, living in the San Luis Valley, an opportunity to achieve their highest potential. Tara is credentialed in Family Development work and is a certified trainer for the curriculum Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work. By participating in this training opportunity, participants will develop skills to work with children and families through a strength based lens and provide participants the opportunity to learn new techniques to develop strong working relationships with children and families.
