Educators have always dealt with stressful situations, but recent years have seen a significant uptick in student trauma and parent distress. Add that to our other stressors like relationship issues and money problems and anxiety can spike in a heartbeat. It’s normal! Anxiety may impact men and women differently, and while this presentation will pay special attention to what works for men, we'll all come away with tried-and-true (and a few outside-the-box) strategies for tapping the brakes when anxiety rises.
