In this session, inspired by Laurie Santos’s The Science of Well-Being, we’ll explore research-based strategies for improving well-being and dispelling common myths about happiness. Participants will reflect on their own happiness habits and discover simple, science-backed ways to boost their personal and professional well-being. Leave with practical tools to build a happier, more fulfilling life—both inside and outside the classroom!
